Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Mao by Yu Youhan was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2008. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 211,500.00 (€ 17,412.05). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yu Youhan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 1985-4 in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 14,100,000.00 (€ 1,225,342.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Mao von Yu Youhan kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 211.500,00 (€ 17.412,05) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yu Youhan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 1985-4 im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 14.100.000,00 (€ 1.225.342,42).
