Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2015 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Art Impressionniste et Moderne, which included the work Le Pont Neuf Vu Depuis Le Port Des Saint-Pères À Paris by Yvonne Canu. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 12,500.00. Admittedly, works by Yvonne Canu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Crépuscule sur Paris in February 2008 with an auction result of USD 118,600.00 (€ 78,093.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2015 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Pont Neuf Vu Depuis Le Port Des Saint-Pères À Paris von Yvonne Canu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 12.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yvonne Canu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Crépuscule sur Paris im Februar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 118.600,00 (€ 78.093,11).
