»Humanity's New Era − The Final Station«

For the Hungarian painter Igor Prokop, nature is the central concern of his art. Humans have lost sight of it when they are not mining raw materials or going on hiking and diving vacations. But man's future must be different, according to Prokop's message: Humanity's New Era − The Final Station makes it clear that humans must rediscover their place in nature, move in harmony with it. Prokop's multi-layered, mosaic-like images are evidence of deep, intertwining expertise: He also studied biology and philosophy.

Born in 1953, Prokop, who participates in our Artist Program, most recently received an award at the 2021 ACA (Art Comes Alive) for Best International Male Artist. In the same year, he was a participant in NordArt in Büdelsdorf. His exhibition at the ART CENTER BERLIN gallery, located near the Pergamon Museum, is on view until October 20.Art.Salon
