On May 18, 2023, a new biennial will begin in Prague. The city is located in the center of Europe and is a true tourist stronghold - promising conditions for an art exhibition that wants to assert itself against the huge field of international competition. The first Prague International Art Exhibition runs through June 1 at the Čapek Hall in Prague's Old Town. Visitors can enjoy all events free of charge and can also view the artworks online until June 20.

The first Prague Biennial, under the direction of exhibition director and artist Susan Loy, is very diverse: from painting and drawing to photography, sculpture, and mixed media, the exhibition caters to a variety of tastes. On May 18, the opening night, the awards ceremony will take place. A total of twelve awards for the best work in each medium, as well as general awards such as the People's Choice Award, provide additional incentive to make the trip to Prague.Art.Salon
