Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Gouache Ou Nature Morte Aux Fleurs by Albert Gleizes. The price achieved of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 4,879.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Gleizes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le chemin (Meudon) in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 1,833,250.00 (€ 2,229,402.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Gouache Ou Nature Morte Aux Fleurs von Albert Gleizes zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 4.879,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert Gleizes erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le chemin (Meudon) im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.833.250,00 (€ 2.229.402,63).
