Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tra il cielo e la terra by Alighiero Boetti was auctioned at Christies in Milan in November 2007. It achieved a price of EUR 24,140.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 21 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alighiero Boetti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tutto in November last year with an auction result of USD 6,060,000.00 (€ 5,870,386.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tra il cielo e la terra von Alighiero Boetti kam im November 2007 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 24.140,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 21 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alighiero Boetti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tutto im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.060.000,00 (€ 5.870.386,52).
