This artwork by Carlo Mattioli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Milan in May 2012. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Natura Morta- Natura Morta Nera sold for EUR 34,350.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Carlo Mattioli; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Spiaggia d'estate sold at auction in May last year with the realized price of EUR 38,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Carlo Mattioli erzielte im Mai 2012 bei Sothebys in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Natura Morta- Natura Morta Nera für EUR 34.350,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Carlo Mattioli; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Spiaggia d'estate im Mai letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 38.000,00.
