In the Impressionist and Modern Art Works on Paper auction, the work Etude de tête penchée sold for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,213.37) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Édouard Vuillard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Misia et Vallotton à Villeneuve in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 17,750,000.00 (€ 14,918,473.69).
