Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art II, which included the work Bigoudenne by Ernest Pierre Guérin. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,430.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernest Pierre Guérin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jour de fête à Notre Dame de la Joie the central panel 50.5 x 63.2cm (19 7/8 x 24 7/8in), the two side panels 50.5 x 22.6cm (19 7/8 x 8 7/8in) (framed as triptych). in March last year with an auction result of GBP 15,250.00 (€ 18,080.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bigoudenne von Ernest Pierre Guérin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.430,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernest Pierre Guérin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jour de fête à Notre Dame de la Joie the central panel 50.5 x 63.2cm (19 7/8 x 24 7/8in), the two side panels 50.5 x 22.6cm (19 7/8 x 8 7/8in) (framed as triptych). im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.250,00 (€ 18.080,59).
