In the The Robert Devereux Collection of Post-War British Art in aid of the African Arts Trust, Sale 3 auction, the work Relief Construction Deep Grey And White sold for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,493.75) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by George Dannatt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Slate' With Interlocked Circles; 'Slate' With White Intrusion, which sold at auction in March 2019 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,062.34).
