Signed, titled, dated by the artist in pencil/ink and numbered 3/10 in another hand in pencil, with copyright credit reproduction limitation stamp on the verso.
This print was awarded to Corinne Day as the 1992 young talent winner at the Festival of Fashion Photography in Monaco, which attracted high-powered attendance from Helmut Newton and Karl Lagerfeld to co-presenter Naomi Campbell.

It achieved a price of GBP 47,880.00 (€ 55,709.48), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 37%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Helmut Newton achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Big Nude III" (Variation), Paris in May last year with an auction result of USD 2,340,000.00 (€ 2,180,598.27).

Die Arbeit Yves St. Laurent, Rue Aubriot, French Vogue, Paris von Helmut Newton kam im Mai 2021 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 47.880,00 (€ 55.709,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 37%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Helmut Newton erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Big Nude III" (Variation), Paris im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.340.000,00 (€ 2.180.598,27).
