Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ohne Titel (Untitled) by Henri Michaux was auctioned at Sothebys in Cologne in September 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,528.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Michaux achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peinture mescalinienne in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 412,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ohne Titel (Untitled) von Henri Michaux kam im September 2021 bei Sothebys in Köln zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.400,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.528,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri Michaux erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peinture mescalinienne im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 412.500,00.
