Admittedly, works by Hong Zhu'An have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Profound in November 2018 with an auction result of HKD 162,500.00 (€ 18,340.99).

Die Arbeit Colors Of Frost von Hong Zhu'An kam im März 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 4.375,00 (€ 3.725,62) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hong Zhu'An auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Profound im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 162.500,00 (€ 18.340,99).
