A top price for Huang Tu-Shui
This artwork by Huang Tu-Shui achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. In the Modern Asian Art auction, the work Buffalos sold for HKD 237,500.00 (€ 26,757.93) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 120,000.00. This high result makes Buffalos the most expensive artwork by Huang Tu-Shui that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Huang Tu-Shui erzielte im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Asian Art wurde die Arbeit Buffalos für HKD 237.500,00 (€ 26.757,93) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 120.000,00. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Buffalos zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Huang Tu-Shui, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
