Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2015 Christies in London held the auction Modern British & Irish Art, which included the work Portrait of a lady by Jacob Kramer. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,949.29) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacob Kramer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Head Of A Young Woman in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 28,022.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2015 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern British & Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of a lady von Jacob Kramer zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.949,29) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacob Kramer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Head Of A Young Woman im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 28.022,66).
