Die Arbeit Noir No. 13 von Jacques Monory kam im Oktober 2011 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.500,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacques Monory erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dimanche Matin (N°247 Bis), 1966 im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 92.940,00.
