Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Fatigue (La fatica) by Jean-Michel Folon. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Michel Folon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Je Me Souviens - 2003 in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 182,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fatigue (La fatica) von Jean-Michel Folon zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Michel Folon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Je Me Souviens - 2003 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 182.800,00.
