Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2020 Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work 425018102 (Diptych) by Liu Gang. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 188,125.00 (€ 20,611.62), 18% above the upper estimate. Other works by Liu Gang have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 239,400.00 (€ 26,618.85) in November 2021 for the work 47020202.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2020 führte Bonhams in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit 425018102 (Diptych) von Liu Gang zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 188.125,00 (€ 20.611,62) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Liu Gang haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 239.400,00 (€ 26.618,85) im November 2021 für die Arbeit 47020202 beobachtet.
