A top price for Liu Liguo
The work Canon by Liu Liguo was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2007. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 14,205.47). With this result, Canon is even the most expensive work of art by Liu Liguo that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Liu Liguo
Die Arbeit Canon von Liu Liguo wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 150.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 162.500,00 (€ 14.205,47) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Canon sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Liu Liguo, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
