Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Penseuse by Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art auction at Sothebys in Olympia in July 2007. The price achieved of GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,564.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Café Parisien (Bal Tabarin) in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 24,892.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La Penseuse von Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro wurde im Juli 2007 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art bei Sothebys in Olympia versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.400,00 (€ 3.564,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Café Parisien (Bal Tabarin) im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 24.892,07).
