Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work "Musiciens sur fond vert" by Marc Chagall for SEK 35,000.00 (€ 3,878.51). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marc Chagall achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Amoureux in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 28,453,000.00 (€ 23,914,103.21).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Musiciens sur fond vert" von Marc Chagall für SEK 35.000,00 (€ 3.878,51) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marc Chagall erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Amoureux im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 28.453.000,00 (€ 23.914.103,21).
