Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Composizione by Mario Sironi was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale Part I auction at Christies in June last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 40,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 40,320.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mario Sironi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paesaggio Con Tempio in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 826,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composizione von Mario Sironi wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale Part I bei Christies versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 40.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 40.320,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mario Sironi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paesaggio Con Tempio im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 826.500,00.
