The »bidding war« ended at GBP 2,280.00 (€ 3,386.33), 52% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Maurice Levis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Dinandier, Constantine in December 2013 with an auction result of EUR 25,980.00.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 2.280,00 (€ 3.386,33) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurice Levis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Dinandier, Constantine im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 25.980,00.
