Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Leopold by Maurizio Anzeri was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,890.00 (€ 2,254.37) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Maurizio Anzeri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Edith in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,714.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Leopold von Maurizio Anzeri kam im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.890,00 (€ 2.254,37) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurizio Anzeri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Edith im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 12.714,42).
