Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Le Reve Du Feu Du Bush, Le Pays De Ma Grand-Mere / Bushfire Dreaming, My Grandmother'S Country, 1993 by Gabriella Possum Nungurrayi for EUR 3,315.00. This price was achieved in the auction Australian Aboriginal Art at Artcurial in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 3,500.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Gabriella Possum Nungurrayi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bush Tucker Dreaming : My Father'S Country, 2007/2008 in July 2008 with an auction result of EUR 24,784.00.

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Australian Aboriginal Art bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 4.000,00.
