Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 5,040.00 (€ 5,864.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ormond Gigli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Girls in Windows, New York City in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 56,250.00 (€ 50,394.19).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.040,00 (€ 5.864,16) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
