In May this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale, which included the work Écriture No. 15-76 by Park Seo-Bo. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 7,812,000.00 (€ 936,354.80), 30% above the upper estimate. Other works by Park Seo-Bo have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 10,260,000.00 (€ 1,171,553.93) in May 2017 for the work ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 30 % übertroffen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Écriture No. 15-76 von Park Seo-Bo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 7.812.000,00 (€ 936.354,80) und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Park Seo-Bo haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 10.260.000,00 (€ 1.171.553,93) im Mai 2017 für die Arbeit ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83 beobachtet.
