In the The Surrealist World of Rosalind Gersten Jacobs & Melvin Jacobs Online Sale auction, the work Mauve Curtains, from Les Dessins de Paul Delvaux sold for USD 6,048.00 (€ 5,636.01) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Delvaux achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Miroir in February 2016 with an auction result of GBP 7,317,000.00 (€ 9,375,831.98).
