It achieved a price of EUR 50,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piero Dorazio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Troppo segreto, 1961 in June last year with an auction result of EUR 819,000.00.

Die Arbeit A meno II von Piero Dorazio wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 50.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piero Dorazio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Troppo segreto, 1961 im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 819.000,00.
