Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work L'atelier de Perpignan, Place Arago by Raoul Dufy was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Works on Paper auction at Christies in London in March 2017. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 62,500.00 (€ 73,243.83). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit L'atelier de Perpignan, Place Arago von Raoul Dufy wurde im März 2017 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Works on Paper bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 62.500,00 (€ 73.243,83) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
