Auction result misses estimated price range
In November this year a collector was able to acquire the work Le petit Mozart by Raoul Dufy for USD 37,800 (€ 33,036). This price was achieved in the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 40,000 – 60,000 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000 (€ 2,075,171).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Le petit Mozart von Raoul Dufy für USD 37.800 (€ 33.036) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 40.000 – 60.000. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000 (€ 2.075.171).
