This artwork by Ryan Gander achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in September 2013. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction, the work Milestone sold for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,459.27) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ryan Gander - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work I Is... (I), which sold at auction in September 2017 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,199.10).

In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Milestone für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.459,27) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ryan Gander mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit I Is... (I) beobachtet, die im September 2017 für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.199,10) versteigert wurde.
