Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of USD 6,000.00 (€ 4,872.11), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stanley Boxer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lafayette Blush, which sold at auction in May 2015 for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,506.82).
