Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2016 Christies in Paris held the auction Oeuvres modernes sur papier, which included the work Etude Pour Le Portrait D'Ira Perrot by Tamara de Lempicka. The price achieved of EUR 2,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tamara de Lempicka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait de Marjorie Ferry in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 16,380,000.00 (€ 18,984,457.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2016 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Oeuvres modernes sur papier durch, in der auch die Arbeit Etude Pour Le Portrait D'Ira Perrot von Tamara de Lempicka zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tamara de Lempicka erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait de Marjorie Ferry im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.380.000,00 (€ 18.984.457,14).
