Auction result well in line with expectations
The work From A Distant Mountain by Tian Liming was auctioned at Sothebys in Beijing in June 2014. The price achieved of CNY 944,000.00 (€ 111,156.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 800,000.00 – 1,000,000.00. Other works by Tian Liming have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2013 the work Sunshine Series was auctioned for CNY 1,416,000.00 (€ 169,767.91).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 944.000,00 (€ 111.156,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 800.000,00 – 1.000.000,00 angegeben worden.
