Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%

This artwork by Wilfrid Moser achieved an unexpectedly high price at Koller in June 2015. In the PostWar & Contemporary auction, the work Vieux paysages. 1955. sold for CHF 10,000.00 (€ 9,592.07) - well above the upper estimate of CHF 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wilfrid Moser - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Métro violet. 1963., which sold at auction in June 2015 for CHF 29,300.00 (€ 28,104.78).

Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen

Dieses Kunstwerk von Wilfrid Moser erzielte im Juni 2015 bei Koller einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion PostWar & Contemporary wurde die Arbeit Vieux paysages. 1955. für CHF 10.000,00 (€ 9.592,07) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von CHF 4.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Wilfrid Moser mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Métro violet. 1963. beobachtet, die im Juni 2015 für CHF 29.300,00 (€ 28.104,78) versteigert wurde.
