Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART, which included the work Die Verwandten des Kardinals: music and song by Wilhelm Karl Räuber. The price achieved of EUR 3,585.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Wilhelm Karl Räuber have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Andromeda. in December 2021 with an auction result of EUR 17,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Die Verwandten des Kardinals: music and song von Wilhelm Karl Räuber zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.585,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wilhelm Karl Räuber auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Andromeda. im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 17.500,00.
