In September 2009 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Lilla Bukowskis S189, which included the work Italienskt kajmotiv by Wilhelm von Gegerfelt. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 16,500.00 (€ 1,616.17). Admittedly, works by Wilhelm von Gegerfelt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A market on the edge of the lagoon, Venice in April 2000 with an auction result of GBP 7,050.00 (€ 12,069.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2009 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S189 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Italienskt kajmotiv von Wilhelm von Gegerfelt zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 16.500,00 (€ 1.616,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wilhelm von Gegerfelt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A market on the edge of the lagoon, Venice im April 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.050,00 (€ 12.069,31).
