Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2010 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included this untitled work by Yasuhiro Sakurai. The price achieved of HKD 56,250.00 (€ 5,843.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Yasuhiro Sakurai have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2009 the work without title was auctioned for HKD 75,000.00 (€ 6,849.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2010 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yasuhiro Sakurai zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 56.250,00 (€ 5.843,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Yasuhiro Sakurai konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2009 die Arbeit ohne Titel für HKD 75.000,00 (€ 6.849,07) versteigert.
