In the From a Magnificent Private Collection - 150 Works | ONLINE ONLY auction, the work Aus: A la Gloire de l'Image et Art Poétique. sold for EUR 2,640.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zao Wou-Ki achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 29.09.64. in May last year with an auction result of HKD 278,000,000.00 (€ 33,004,566.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zao Wou-Ki erzielte im September diesen Jahres bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion From a Magnificent Private Collection - 150 Works | ONLINE ONLY wurde die Arbeit Aus: A la Gloire de l'Image et Art Poétique. für EUR 2.640,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zao Wou-Ki erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 29.09.64. im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 278.000.000,00 (€ 33.004.566,21).
