A top price for Zhang Yexing
The work Afternoon by Zhang Yexing was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 60,674.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 31%. With this result, Afternoon is even the most expensive work of art by Zhang Yexing that we have observed at auctions so far.
