Seoul can boast exceptional artists and museums. So it is not surprising that the first Asian edition of the FRIEZE art fair is opening precisely there. FRIEZE SEOUL will take place from 2 to 5 September and the organisers hope it will be a major step towards establishing the city as a global art centre. The path to this goal was paved by KIAF ART SEOUL, whose 20th edition is taking place at the same time.

Many major international galleries are expected in Seoul this year, along with various South Korean galleries. The fairs open in the COEX exhibition halls and can be visited together.Art.Salon
