The interiors of Tabor Castle are in bloom: In keeping with spring, the Flowerpower exhibition opens on April 26, in which six selected artists present their works on the theme of flowers. The somewhat secluded, baroque castle offers an exciting setting for flower-related paintings that look back on a long tradition in art, and its tranquil atmosphere invites visitors to engage intensively with the works. In addition to works by Christin Breuil, Helga Honegger-Stähli, Josef Kern, Katharina Moser, Linda von Alten and Willi Hinterleithner, a number of sculptures by Doris Dittrich can also be seen in the castle garden. The exhibition runs until June 15 and admission is free.

The artist Katharina Moser, who lives in Vienna and Burgenland, is showing several large-format paintings from a series she began in 2024 and has not yet completed. She combines figurative and abstract elements that give the impression of memories of views of nature in which some details are blurred. Moser generally works in series in which she devotes herself to various themes such as social issues, personal memories or impressions of nature. The self-taught artist is primarily active as a painter, but also works with graphics and photography. Her work has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions. She has run the Loft 8 gallery for contemporary art in Vienna since 2012.Art.Salon
