London, The National Gallery: »Lucian Freud: New Perspectives«

Lucian Freud is one of the most famous painters of the 20th century. In the new exhibition Lucian Freud: New Perspectives, the National Gallery attempts an experiment: an objective analysis of his work that tries to fade out Freud's fame. Visitors will be able to judge whether this succeeds from 1 October.

Interview with the color artist

Susanne Stähli's work usually begins with an experimental investigation of suitable color tones. In doing so, she starts from an approximate idea of the color and approaches it through an additive method by adding very thin layers of paint.
