This price was achieved in the auction The India Sale at Christies in Mumbai and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of INR 1,500,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Abanindranath Tagore have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Siva-Simantini) in September 2013 with an auction result of USD 555,750.00 (€ 410,602.14).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion The India Sale bei Christies in Mumbai erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von INR 1.500.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
