In December this year VAN HAM held the auction Photography | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work Yosemite Valley. by Ansel Adams. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 792.00 32% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ansel Adams achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Grand Tetons and the Snake River, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming in December 2020 with an auction result of USD 988,000.00 (€ 807,849.55).

Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Photography | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Yosemite Valley. von Ansel Adams zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 792,00 und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ansel Adams erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Grand Tetons and the Snake River, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 988.000,00 (€ 807.849,55).
