Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2014 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Photographies, which included the work Naomi Campbell (Nude), London', 1993 by Anton Corbijn. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,750.00. Admittedly, works by Anton Corbijn have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kraftwerk I-IV, Heads of the Kraftwerk mannequins, Barcelona, 1981 in November this year with an auction result of EUR 44,100.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2014 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Photographies durch, in der auch die Arbeit Naomi Campbell (Nude), London', 1993 von Anton Corbijn zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.750,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anton Corbijn auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Kraftwerk I-IV, Heads of the Kraftwerk mannequins, Barcelona, 1981 im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 44.100,00.
