In May 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Antonio Calderara. The auction ended at the price of EUR 2,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Calderara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spazio Luces N° 34 in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 125,000.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Antonio Calderara zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 2.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonio Calderara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spazio Luces N° 34 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 125.000,00.
