Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art Online, which included the work Les Carolles, Vallée de la Lude by Armand Guillaumin. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 36,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 40,320.00 (€ 47,768.31). Admittedly, works by Armand Guillaumin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Chemin À Damiette in March 2014 with an auction result of EUR 325,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Carolles, Vallée de la Lude von Armand Guillaumin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 36.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 40.320,00 (€ 47.768,31) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Armand Guillaumin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Chemin À Damiette im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 325.500,00.
