Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Image Object Wednesday 6 November 2013 3:23 Pm by Artie Vierkant for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,724.67). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Online at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Artie Vierkant - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Image Object Wednesday 6 November 2013 4:53Pm, which sold at auction in March 2016 for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 20,517.23).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Image Object Wednesday 6 November 2013 3:23 Pm von Artie Vierkant für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.724,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Artie Vierkant mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Image Object Wednesday 6 November 2013 4:53Pm beobachtet, die im März 2016 für GBP 16.250,00 (€ 20.517,23) versteigert wurde.
